What are photography mini sessions?
While definitions vary from studio to studio, a Mini Session is generally a condensed version of a larger service in our case -- in-studio portraits!
For us, a mini session is a 40-minute photo session followed by a 10 minute
in-studio review where you can choose which images you want finalized as part of your package.
Included in the price is 8-10 final, full-sized and fully edited digital images from your session and an optional 10-minute Zoom session beforehand to discuss how you would like to be featured.
Who is a mini session for?
A mini session is for anyone wanting to see themselves in a new light or render a quick concept.
What genres of photography are these mini
sessions geared towards?
At 8-Tracks Photography, we love to work with 1-2 people posing for portraits, boudoir, pin up, fantasy, or for their pets as part of our minis.
Who is a mini session not for?
Our mini sessions are not for family portraits (beyond couples), newborns, maternity, corporate, commercial, or those looking to bring to life a larger concept.
Do you offer styled mini shoots?
We partner with other local creatives to offer both styling and makeup at select sessions for an additional cost. Depending on the makeup and styling being offered at the time, your time getting ready may be shared with another person having their mini session and vice versa.
Our team will do our best to stay out of your way until it's your time to shine, but for greater privacy or styles requiring more time to capture fully, it's recommended that you book a private session and revisit our minis at another time.
